The services that Hyper Network Group delivers are subject to and governed by the General Terms, based on the Hyper Network Group company you order from.

Additional Terms are incorporated into the General Terms by reference and apply to all customers.

Product Schedules apply to the specific service the customer orders from Simsonic from time to time.
